CAREMOOD has been founded to support people with disability with high quality support. CAREMOOD has a team of highly trained and experienced staff including support workers with over 10 years of experience working in the disability sector supporting people with disability with high quality support. CAREMOOD works hard to ensure that participant supports are of a high quality and enable them to invest in their goals and aspirations to build their capability and independence over time. In doing so, CAREMOOD acknowledges:

• information must be clear, consistent, and available in accessible formats, such as multiple languages and plain English
• a consistent point of contact for participants provides the opportunity to build trust, deep understanding of their culture, needs and a longer-term strategy for investment by a participant in their goals.
• simplified processes for common tasks will be of value to all participants and should reflect the feedback from participants.
